We confirm vendors to finalize design and details, lock down event logistics, and develop an itinerary for the big day. We’ll be at your rehearsal to ensure everything runs smoothly, and on the day of we will orchestrate everything from décor to dinner, cake cutting to midnight lunch, tearful toasts to dancing the night away, until you are on your way to love, laughter, and happily ever after. We’re here to ensure that the only tears shed at your wedding will be tears of joy!

Our pop-up weddings are the perfect option for brides and grooms wanting something simple, unique, and that won’t cost an arm and a leg! A pop-up wedding is the perfect option for brides and grooms who want to get married on a budget, but still want a special celebration. You choose the date, a few key vendors from our list of budget friendly suppliers, and then we customize your specialize day. All you have to do is show up, and tye the knot! Professional local vendors have been pre-selected to manage and cover all of your wedding needs including venue, wedding planner, wedding commissioner, music professional, décor, caterers and cake baker. This takes away all the stress of event planning, as it’s already done for you!

Do you travel? Are there any extra costs?
Imagine services all of Saskatchewan and we are happy to travel! If you are located more than a 30 minute drive from our central offices we charge a mileage fee. In some cases we also charge a lodging fee when required. We always discuss these fee’s up front so there will be no surprises!
How much communication will we have?
Imagine strives to answer all emails and phone calls within 24 business hours. However if we are going to be away for an extended period of time for vacation or business we always let our clients know in advance! Depending on your event needs and how close your event is at the time of booking, will determine the amount of in-person meetings needed. However, calls and emails are unlimited.
Will you be at my actual event?
Of course! Your planning consultant will always attend your event with an assistant when needed.
Are you certified planners? Why is a certified planner different?
Many of Imagines planners are certified and have taken special training in event or wedding planning management. Angela, Owner of Imagine Events, is also one of the only planners in Saskatchewan to also be Gay Wedding Institute Certified! Certified planners have special education regarding the event industry that enable us to better serve you. Certified event planners must uphold special ethics or they can be stripped of their certification.
Are you licensed and insured?
Of course! Unfortunately many people call themselves event planners, but don’t have a proper business set up. We have both a licence and proper insurance coverage.

Imagine does all types of events! We specialize in corporate events, weddings and special occasion parties!

Is there anything you don’t do?
Yes in fact there is! We don’t like heights, so we won’t climb ladders higher than 8 feet, or drape ceilings. We won’t decorate/transport your cake, and we won’t clean food off your dirty tables. We don’t MC and we won’t chauffeur. Otherwise we are pretty flexible.
