“We hired Imagines day of coordination package for our June wedding in Ogema Saskatchewan. Angela and her team went above and beyond what was expected before and during my wedding day. Angela was my main contact for all vendors. I didn’t have to worry if they were going to show up and if they knew where to go. Angela took care of all of this for us. The day before the wedding, I was a stress mess. With my work schedule, working away from home two weeks before my wedding day meant I was not prepared for all the decor set up and all the running around we had to do. Angela and her team must have been able to tell I was not in my right mind and told me to relax and enjoy the evening as “they got this”. When I walked into the venue on my wedding day, everything was beyond perfect. They handled everything I was ready to give up on. They had also helped handle our ceremony set up which I had completely neglected. We also hired them to do our decor take down after the reception. I cannot say enough good things about imagine events. We hired them for day of coordination service for our wedding and worked with Chantal, and her helper Skye. When working with these two there was never an ask too big, and they got everything done with a high degree of professionalism. Despite your best planning efforts, things are going to go wrong on your wedding day, Even when things didn’t go to plan, they came to us with a solution before we even knew about the problem! Angela was recommended to me from a friend and I’m SO glad we ended up using a coordinator. I’m a pretty organized person lol so I really thought I could do it all myself but got very busy with work and decided to hire Imagine Events. I’m SO glad we did. The timeline and checklist she put together for us was so detailed with way more attention to detail than I would have been able to do.
The most valuable pieces for us where: the extremely detailed timeline, the checklist, they contacted all our vendors (like 20 of them) to confirm the entire the timeline, they helped us run our entire rehearsal, they handled all the little issues that popped up the day of.
