Why do I need to hire a event planner?
So YOU get to enjoy YOUR event! By assisting and working alongside you throughout the planning process, Imagine can help make the journey less stressful. Imagine will get it done so you don’t have to worry about it! With Imagine, you’re not getting just a event planner, but you are getting quality service and professionalism, as well as a personal assistant.

Do you travel? Are there any extra costs?

Imagine services all of southern Saskatchewan and we are happy to travel! If you are located more than a 30 minute drive from our central offices we charge a mileage fee. In some cases we also charge a lodging fee when required. We always discuss these fee’s up front so there will be no surprises!

How much communication will we have?

Imagine strives to answer all emails and phone calls within 24 business hours. However if we are going to be away for an extended period of time for vacation or business we always let our clients know in advance! Depending on your event needs and how close your event is at the time of booking, will determine the amount of in-person meetings needed. However, calls and emails are unlimited.

Will you be at my actual event?

Of course! Your planning consultant will always attend your event with an assistant.

Are you certified planners? Why is a certified planner different?

Imagines lead planners are certified and have taken special training in event or wedding planning management. Angela is also one of the only planners in Saskatchewan to also be Gay Wedding Institute Certified! Certified planners have special education regarding the event industry that enable us to better serve you. Certified wedding planners must uphold special ethics or they can be stripped of their certification.

Are you licensed and insured?

Of course! Unfortunately many people call themselves event planners, but don’t have a proper business set up. We have both a licence and proper insurance coverage.

What kind of events do you do?

Imagine does all types of events! Mainly we specialize in weddings and special occasion parties, such as Christmas parties, birthdays, and anniversaries!

Is there anything you don’t do?

Yes in fact there is! We don’t lift anything heavier than 25 lbs. We are ladies and we like our backs. We also don’t like heights, so we won’t climb ladders higher than 8 feet, or drape ceilings. We won’t decorate/transport your cake, and we won’t clean food off your dirty tables. We don’t MC, we don’t drink, and we won’t chauffeur. Otherwise we are pretty flexible.
