Full Day Of Coordination

Full Day Of Coordination is more of a month-of package, and is great for the couple who has hired all their vendors, but are looking for help managing all the fine details when it gets down to crunch time!  First, we like to have a complimentary consultation meeting in person so we can learn about you as a couple, and get a vision for your special day. Once we are booked, we will contact you for our first meeting approximately 8-10 weeks prior to your wedding date. At this meeting the detailed planning begins which includes confirmation of vendors, event logistics and management, and development of wedding itinerary. We also provide coordination of final vendor meetings to finalize design and details, make arrangement for final vendor payments and provide assistance in planning the ceremony and reception flow and formation.Turvey Centre Regina (4)

Once the week of your wedding approaches we will sit down and have a final meeting to run through all the details about your upcoming wedding and distribute your event timeline to vendors and wedding party. We will be at your ceremony rehearsal to help coordinate and ensure everything runs smoothly, oversee setup of ceremony and reception venue’s, and arrange vendor arrival times and setup etc.

On the day of your wedding you will have an on-site certified wedding planner and one assistant for duration of services for approximately 8 hours. During your wedding our team will work behind the scenes seamlessly as we coordinate and execute the ceremony and reception flow including the orchestration of the ceremony lineup, cues down the aisle, then transfer personal ceremony items to reception site. We will ensure your reception site is ready for the arrival of guests including déImagine Weddings (53)cor placement, lighting of candles, setting out wine etc. and then coordinate the reception program, liaising with vendors for music cues, announcement of your arrival, dinner, dances, toasts, cake cutting, and midnight lunch. At the end of the evening we will deliver final payments and gratuities to vendors and secure gifts and personal belongings for safe storage.

Throughout the day we will address guests concerns, manage unanticipated problems, and you and your party will have access to our emergency wedding kit.

Partial Day Of Coordination

Partial Day Of Coordination is more of a month-of package and is great for the couple who has hired all their vendors, but are looking for help managing all the fine details when it gets down to crunch time! The main difference between full and partial day-of service is that partial day-of services only consist of four consecutive hours on the actual wedding day.  First, we like to have a complimentary consultation meeting in person so we can learn about you as a couple, and get a vision for your special day. Once we are booked, we will contact you for our first meeting approximately 8-10 weeks prior to your wedding date. At this meeting the detailed planning begins which includes confirmation of vendors, event logistics and management, and development of wedding itinerary. During your wedding our team will work behind the scenes seamlessly as we coordinate and execute the ceremony and reception flow including the orchestration of the ceremony lineup, cues down the aisle, then transfer personal ceremony items to reception site. We will ensure your reception site is ready for the arrival of guests including décor placement, lighting of candles, setting out wine etc. and then coordinate the reception grand entrance, liaising with vendors for music cues for the announcement of your arrival. After the grand entrance, we hand over the management to your very capable MC for the duration of the evening.
